Director of Survivor Services

Tesa joined the staff in 2017 after years of service as a phenomenal volunteer while we were just a crazy idea.  As the Director of Survivor Services, she oversees all our programs and services, including Residential Services, our New Beginnings Campus, and our Workforce Development program.  Since its 2018 launch, she also has managed the success of Thistle Lights, our survivor-led small business that offers residents short-term job training opportunities.  Tesa also is involved in our robust community engagement activities.
